SuperPowerCam

SuperPowerCam for Windows is almost ready

The installer is in its last tests. Leave your email and you get the download link the day it's out, with Connection Lost free inside.

If Windows says “Windows protected your PC”

SmartScreen shows this screen for any new app that hasn't built up a reputation yet. Two clicks get you through:

  1. Click “More info”.
  2. Click “Run anyway”.

The installer is the same file for everyone, and you can scan it with your antivirus first. Code signing and the Microsoft Store are planned so the warning goes away.

After the download

  1. Run the installer

It sets up the app and the SuperPowerCam virtual camera. Two minutes, nothing else to install.

  2. Pick your webcam and capture your background

The first-launch guide walks you through it: lean out of frame for a second and SuperPowerCam remembers the room.

  3. Choose SuperPowerCam in your call

In Teams, Meet, Zoom or Discord, open the video settings and select SuperPowerCam.
