Not happy? You have 14 days, no questions asked.
How it works
Within 14 days of purchase, email hello@superpowercam.com from the address you used at checkout, with your Stripe receipt number. We refund the full amount to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days, and the licence key stops working.
We won't ask why, but we'd love to know what went wrong so we can fix it.
Subscriptions
Pro streamer, once available, can be cancelled at any time from the link in your receipt. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Partial months are not refunded.
EU right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on digital content. Our policy gives you at least that, even after you have downloaded the app.
